Twist35 Thanks for all the suggestions! I think the reason I liked Vessel of Ephemera over Omen of the Sun was because I can essentially cycle it to my graveyard with 5 mana rather than 6 so I can use it again. Plus, it makes evasive tokens as well. But I can definitely see the case for the flash on Omen of the Sun and that scry might come in handy.

The fonts are there because they can be recurred once for a decent sized effect. Later in the game, recursion becomes more difficult. So those cards are there for the late game stall when nothing else can get through. They will typically not be played early in the game, especially Font of Ire. They are also kind of my favorite flavor cards in the deck. So I think I'll keep them in my build, but feel free to switch them out in yours.

I agree on Oblivion Ring. I originally had them in the mainboard, but they aren't really able to be recurred so I switched them out for Omen of the Forge. I think it's definitely a meta call.

I agree on the sideboard. I was kind of going for a Heliod's Pilgrim sandbox. I think I definitely need to reevaluate the cards I've included there.

Appreciate the support, I'll test out some changes soon!

Vessel of Ephemera is basically a worse Omen of the Sun. I think you should cut the vessels and go up to 4 omens. I also don't like either of the fonts, they both feel really overpriced for a rather mediocre effect. Font of Ire is 6 total mana for 5 damage. Seal of Fire can do better for less mana, albeit you need recursion. I think it would be a good idea to have some number of Oblivion Ring in the mainboard, as it can deal with so many threats. I would put in some more card draw and filtering to improve the consistency. Effects like Faithless Looting are really good. I would condense your sideboard, maybe trim down on the Pacifism effects and add some life gain cards. Seeing as you are a control deck your opponent will likely trim some of their removal post-board, so adding a big creature as win condition can't be bad. I like Daybreak Chimera and Self-Assembler as finishers. Anyways your deck looks super cool and I am looking to buy myself one. Have fun playing!

A quick rundown of the first changes I'd try to implement.

Add:

Remove/trim:

You'll want some way to deal with artifacts and enchantments, possibly Seal of Cleansing in the sideboard.

You don't have valuable many-for-ones ( Merciless Eviction , eg); if you want more play versus aggro decks you might add some. Languish , Dusk / Dawn , things like that.

Also you don't have exile-versions of removal, but white and black are good for it, if you wanted to give up some of the "sacrifice for insane value" plan. Utter End and its variants.

This may be a surprise to others, but Ajani's Last Stand is by far the most interesting card for me. I see it being very useful in my R/W pure enchantment modern deck. I need ways to make solid creatures with only enchantments. I also desperately need something to fill the 4-drop slot.

Cast Out, Flameshadow Conjuring, Furnace of Rath, Glory of Warfare, Martial Law, and Retreat to Emeria have been disappointing in my tests. Ivory Mask has been a powerful sideboard option while Pandemonium only replaces Warstorm Surge in very specific matchups. Worship was probably my best option, but it's outside my budget for this deck.

Now, I should have a decent followup to Vessel of Ephemera, Rise of the Hobgoblins, or Myth Realized. The threat of a 4/4 flyer should at least make decisions more uncomfortable for my opponent until I can get safe behind Sphere of Safety. With the engine fully built, Last Stand can be brought back with Starfield of Nyx, trigger Warstorm Surge to kill expendable tokens, sacrifice itself for another avatar and 4 more Warstorm damage, and be waiting in the grave to do it again next turn.

Such a sweet idea and what a beautiful curve :O Not sure whether light of sanction works how you want it to or not you'll have to check that one. I reckon you should look into mana doublers and more x tokens spells for this deck making it more of a tokens deck at heart. Look at Caged Sun, Gauntlet of Power, Extraplanar Lens and Thought Vessel for additional ramp and Storm Herd and Entreat the Angels for tokens. The deck needs more card draw too and rocks that double as card draw later and produce a reasonable amount of colourless for their cmc are worth running (see Hedron Archive and Mind Stone). I reckon you can cut a bit of single target removal from this deck too Stasis Snare, Arrest and Kor Sanctifiers aren't needed. Vessel of Ephemera is fricking terrible by the way you should drop that. You should play more non-basic land too. Windbrisk Heights, Blighted Steppe, Ghost Quarter and (if you wanna splash out) Emeria, The Sky Ruin would be decent choices. That reminds me Legion's Landing and Cathars' Crusade should be in here too (both of which you own)!

I think you really want to prioritise getting the mono colour mana-doublers for this deck because you really need a lot of mana to pump into making tokens. The lack of card draw and ramp in white are what makes it struggle in commander and you have to do everything you can to counteract this. Really love the deck though its one of a kind don't how you found all this en-kor stuff but its so cool! Hate to say it because I don't wanna take away from daxos but Avacyn, Angel of Hope would be epic in here too... Maybe just print out a proxy and you can switch it between decks if people have a problem with it? :)

Promise of Bunrei provides the only non-white creatures in the deck (4 out of possible 48 to be exact) and is mainly meant for Devouring Greed to deal atleast 10dmg if for some reason I get wiped. I mean no offence, but Vessel of Ephemera is miles worse.

Vessel of Ephemera might be a handier enchantment than Honor of the Pure for the above reason.

Spectral Shepherd and Rattlechains help you out with dodging removal, Apothecary Geist gains you life, Nebelgast Herald makes it easier to hit, Vessel of Ephemera and Triplicate Spirits get you a bunch of tokens. Obelisk of Urd acts like a lord too
