Blood Divination

Sorcery

As an additional cost to cast this spell, sacrifice a creature.

Draw three cards.

In terms of artifact, you could maybe cut some of the less impactful creatures to run the classic rocks like signets, Talisman of Conviction and Talisman of Hierarchy.

For card-draw, you will have a lot of expendables creatures thanks to the tokens, so you could use cards such as Vampiric Rites, Bankrupt in Blood,Blood Divination. In my Edgar deck, I also run Arguel's Blood Fast  Flip and Vanquisher's Banner, which does everything you want from an aggressive tribal deck. A decent enchantment for when you start running out of gas later in the game is also Greed: and 2 life for 1 card I find a good rate.

Forgot my friend Erebos, Bleak-Hearted , definitely one of my fav's and fits your indestructible/god theme too. Phyrexian Arena is a good 6 power draw.

Last couple topics,

I made an assumption and grouped Draw above Damage, and Deathtouch above Token.

Deathtouch 16%, Control 16%, Damage/Life 15%, Recursion 8%, Token 6%, Draw 6%, Discard 2%, Ramp 2%, Land 29%

Further on Card Advantage (which includes draw):

I know why your doing it and the thought process behind it, but here's an alternative perspective.

Your cards like Blood Divination , Costly Plunder , Pitiless Pontiff , Bone Splinters , Final Payment , Severed Strands , Spark Harvest are usually paired with LTB effect (like your damage/life and afterlife abilities), more along lines of Grave Pact (Also Dictate of Erebos , Butcher of Malakir , Dark Prophecy , Nightmare Shepherd , Etc.) or Reveillark / Academy Rector types.

The issue is Blood Divination why not Necropotence ( Greed ) for CMC1 less, and no sacrifice, let's you refill your hand anytime, Grim Haruspex /Etc. Why Spark Harvest / Bone Splinters over Swords to Plowshares or Path to Exile or Mortify or even Bloodchief's Thirst / Generous Gift if your after planeswalkers.

So how are creatures getting into the graveyard, if your not sacrificing them along with other effects, a value engine!! Skullclamp is a necessity, Viscera Seer is strong, Phyrexian Altar (this card is cEDH level though), more things like Priest of Forgotten Gods & Ayara, First of Locthwain . Why sacrifice a deathtouch creature to LTB damage/life when you can Corpse Knight instead and get the value up front? Yahenni, Undying Partisan , Village Rites is ok because its CMC1 and Instant, you don't need tutor in battlecruiser/low (up to power 5), but cards like Diabolic Intent which also feed into things like Mausoleum Secrets are value. Ashnod's Altar , Doom Foretold , Razaketh, the Foulblooded , etc.

Key is value in / value out. Don't waste the value out just to enable your recursion. Value-in, Value-out, then recur. More Immortal Servitude (battlefield), less Soul Salvage (hand). Reanimate / Animate Dead (anyone's graveyards), Unburial Rites , Victimize , Agadeem's Awakening  Flip, Revival / Revenge , Command the Dreadhorde , Blood for Bones .

Luminous Broodmoth / Lurrus of the Dream-Den could be some cool interaction with the graveyard.

Topic Interaction:

Kinda touched on it, in previous. Control 16% is quite a bit, inline with power level. If you replace Ashen Rider , Bone Splinters , Final Payment , Severed Strands , Spark Harvest . Some should become the "sac outlets", like Skullclamp / Viscera Seer and some just better interactions (Instant speed whenever possible). Anguished Unmaking , Utter End , Swords to Plowshares , Merciless Eviction , Plaguecrafter / Demon's Disciple (Better Fleshbag Marauder unless your utilizing the Zombie part), Shriekmaw , Path to Exile , Generous Gift , Deadly Rollick , Dire Tactics , Hagra Mauling  Flip, Unmake there's lots.

Burglar Rat : If you like him! Elderfang Disciple , Yarok's Fenlurker , Rotting Rats (with Unearth).

If you want to jump on a teams chat or anything when you have some time happy to help, just discord chat me, hopefully something that helps you focus this deck to a 4-5

Nice rat deck! :3

I might consider to swap the following cards:
Out: Blood Divination for: Bankrupt in Blood for - same amount of cards, but BiB costs less to cast, but requires sac 2 creatures.
Out: Coat of Arms for: Haunted Crossroads/Mortuary - You run not small amount of non-rat creatures. Even if CoA can buff your army of rats a lot, it also affects your opponent's creatures, but that depends on what kind of deck they use. Some kind of creature recovery could be definitely nice too.
Out: Rats' Feast for: Suffer the Past - Not a rat related card, but its strictly better version.
Out: Palace Siege - Im not really sure about this one, but I think that you would be better with any other creature recovery card/life pinging card. I would either use Force of Despair (board wipe if someone goes crazy; combos with your Thrilling Encore, which also works well with Living Death) or Profane Command, which is very flexible card.
Out: Temple of the False God for: Crypt of Agadeem/Bojuka Bog/Cabal Stronghold/Reliquary Tower...

Some more cards that could help aswell:
Emergence Zone; Path of Ancestry; Myriad Landscape; Altar of the Brood; Village Rites; Phyrexian Arena/Necropotence; Blanket of Night (budget version of Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth); Unearth.
Cards that DemMeowsephs mentioned are also very good and strong, just not very budget friendly. Just like Cavern of Souls.

So I think you probably don’t want 36 lands... frankly, I think you want 33 at most. The reason I say this is that, being green, your deck has access to the best ramp in the game. You should strongly consider running any/all of the following: Llanowar Elves , Elves of Deep Shadow , Fyndhorn Elves , Elvish Mystic , Deathrite Shaman , Birds of Paradise , Arbor Elf , Utopia Sprawl and/or Wild Growth .

You want your creatures to be synergistic with your general and be more than midrange value. I think cards like Mindslicer , which effect the board when sacrificed as well as being a body, are likely a lot better than Wall of Blood , Splinterfright , Rhizome Lurcher , etc. Other creatures to consider for these slots: Stinkweed Imp , Golgari Grave-Troll , Eternal Witness , Entomb , Kokusho, the Evening Star ...

This list could also benefit from more card-drawn. Phyrexian Arena is the classical example, but there’re other good options. I like the Shamanic Revelation in your MB; I suggest considering Night's Whisper , Blood Divination , Life's Legacy , Minions' Murmurs , Syphon Mind and Succumb to Temptation .

Also, Diabolic Intent as a more budget Demonic Tutor .

Good luck!

Well I think True Conviction is just a straight upgrade from Berserkers' Onslaught

If you are running Sanguine Bond then you might as well run Exquisite Blood for the infinite combo to win the game.

You can probably go down to 37 lands and remove Well of Lost Dreams to swap out for two more mana rocks namely the Talisman series so Talisman of Conviction and Talisman of Hierarchy

Shared Animosity is a good game ender for you to just run over people with the amount of vampires you will have.

Include some more black card draw spells maybe like Blood Divination and Read the Bones also Bolas's Citadel is a good card to run for straight value and goes really well with Atherflux revisor.

Looks interesting, some thoughts:

1) very few modern decks use Planeswalkers at all - and for that reason i’d ditch The Elderspell entirely. If you’re planning on having a sideboard maybe run a few in there, but it’s just going to be too useless most of the time to run in the deck.

2) if you’re feeling like splashing a few dollars, Inquisition of Kozilek is a pretty nice upgrade to Duress .

3) Blood Divination feels very slow and kindof meh. I think this slot is better for running a killspell - either Victim of Night , Grasp of Darkness , or for a little more $$, Fatal Push .

4) Knight of the Ebon Legion seems bad, and Aid the Fallen is pretty slow and clumsy (and would be better-off just being another creature). I would suggest swapping them both with Gatekeeper of Malakir and Indulgent Aristocrat . Asylum Visitor could be an option as well.

I don’t think Aid the Fallen or Blood Divination are worth it

Hey Everyone!

Brand new user here, brand new player (been toying with MTG Arena to figure out builds I want to invest in).

I've been playing around with Omniscience . I've seen the build that combos it with Overflowing Insight to make the opponent deck out, but that just doesn't seem fun to play with or against. Instead, I've been trying to play as many big creatures as possible and win the same turn in comes out.

Here's where I'm struggling: Omniscience is a big card, so I know the deck needs to ramp quickly. I also know I need to have a constant inflow of cards into my hand. Also fine. The problem is that, when I put together the ramp cards and the drawing engines, there isn't really any room in the deck for anything else. I can fit a few big hitters, and not much to protect me until turn 5+ when I can get all of this out. Here's what I'm running right now on Arena:

CREATURE

4x Arboreal Grazer

2x Llanowar Elves

2x Druid of the Cowl

1x God-Eternal Oketra

1x God-Eternal Bontu

1x Goring Ceratops

1x Zetalpa, Primal Dawn

1x Torgaar, Famine Incarnate

1x Ghalta, Primal Hunger

ENCHANTMENT

2x Gift of Paradise

2x New Horizons

1x Omniscience

SORCERY

2x Open the Gates

2x Divination

2x Sleep

3x Blood Divination

1x Finale of Revelation

INSTANT

2x Growth Spiral

ARTIFACT

1x Arcane Encyclopedia

2x Mana Geode

PLANESWALKER

1x Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter

2x Samut, Tyrant Smasher

LAND

8x Island

8x Forest

1x Hinterland Harbor

2x Simic Guildgate

4x Woodland Stream

The idea is to ramp, draw cards, get Samut, Tyrant Smasher out so all my big hitters have Haste and take the game the turn they come on. I know I'm doing something inefficiently, I just don't know what. Any help would be really appreciated here.

Thanks!
