Fogwalker
Creature — Spirit
Skulk
When Fogwalker enters the battlefield, target creature an opponent controls doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.

A couple evasion creatures that I like to use with Ninjutsu are Soulsworn Spirit and Fogwalker, because of their reusable ETB triggers on top of being unlockable (or, at least hard to block, in the case of Fogwalker).
As for your big creatures, the Eldrazi are all awesome just for having big bodies, but remember that you don't get the "as you cast" triggers when you use Ninjutsu to cheat them onto the battlefield, nor would their attack triggers activate (i.e. Annihilator). So I would limit how many of them you use down to just Kozilek, the Great Distortion, because it has a good activated ability. I'd replace the others with creatures that either have ETB triggers or damage triggers.
I have a running list of creatures I'd like to use for Satoru, but I don't want to name off a million cards. The highlights, though, are:
And even that is a long list, so I apologize. Obviously, Palinchron would be great, even without the combo(s), but you already mentioned that.
Cheers!

There are some spirit cards with some nice spooky art though.
Erdwal Illuminator, Fogwalker, Rattlechains, Silent Observer, Tower Geist, Geist of the Moors, Moonlight Geist, Niblis of the Mist, Topplegeist, and Voiceless Spirit.

If you're going to devote a deck to your favorite card (Nice choice, mine's Soulcatchers' Aerie), I would go all in. For example, in Dimir, Mana Skimmer is the Timeshifted version of Somnophore.
Time of Ice, Quiet Contemplation, Back to Basics, Dream Tides, Wrath of Marit Lage, Temporal Distortion, Neko-Te Thalakos Dreamsower, Wall of Stolen Identity, Frost Titan, Queen of Ice, Wall of Ice, Niblis of Frost, Guardian of Tazeem, Icefall Regent, Dungeon Geists, Mesmerizing Benthid, House Guildmage, Tidebinder Mage, Watertrap Weaver, Frost Lynx, Stitched Mangler, Fogwalker, and Vertigo Spawn would probably be my picks for "freeze" tribal.
Alternately, if you're not invested in Dimir, so much as in the creature itself, you could build a Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, or Empress Galina deck, since those commanders probably best represent what the card is doing.

Skulk (This creature can't be blocked by creatures with greater power.)
Example cards: Farbog Revenant, Fogwalker, Rancid Rats
There are only 10 creature cards that have skulk, but I thought it was a really fun-to-play keyword in limited. I like the fact it gives more importance to creatures with defender, creatures with high toughness over power and low-cost creatures. As a keyword it would be used on and creatures and maybe some fringe creatures as well. (Like spiders, snakes, fungi, oozes, etc.)
I recall some people thought the keyword was a little too strong, but if it needs to be powered down I think it would be easier to make a new keyword similar to it. Something like: "New Keyword" (Creatures with power greater than this creature can't block it unless they have reach.)
Green and red decks would normally have troubles dealing with skulk creatures because their creatures typically have high power and since green has access to reach and red has been given more reach creatures like Nimble Birdsticker, Robber of the Rich, Turret Ogre, Brimstone Trebuchet etc. I think having skulk or a modified version of the skulk keyword would really make games more exciting and varied.
What are your thoughts on the Skulk keyword?

Hey, you're welcome.
If you have Brago already then consider making him your tribal Spirits Commander? If you're going for tribal Spirits then blue is where you want to be because Azorius has actual Spirit tribal cards. With Spirits you can't take the most advantage of Brago's blink, but there's still some good interactions:
- Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit
- Dungeon Geists
- Karmic Guide
- Geist-Honored Monk
- Nikko-Onna
- Fogwalker
- Tower Geist, etc.
Of course there's other powerful interactions with Brago's blink that are not Spirits, but are fine support cards for Spirits:
- Reality Acid
- Act of Authority
- Mystic Remora
- Tangle Wire
- Wall of Omens
- Mulldrifter
- Sun Titan
- Archaeomancer: recur spells that create Spirit tokens
- Blink budget mana rocks (Ring, Talisman, Signet, Basalt, Gilded, Fellwar, etc.)
Spirit Bonds seems quite good with Brago. Each time you blink a nontoken creature you can pay to create a Spirit token. Since Brago can blink a lot of your creatures each turn Bonds can be a white mana sink to potentially make lots of Spirit tokens. With Bonds you can protect nonSpirit creatures from nonexile removal with Spirits.

Here are some easy swaps when you have the chance.
Voidwielder and the other subpar bounce creatures for either AEther Adept or Man-o'-War or Reflector Mage or all three!
Scholar of Stars for Mulldrifter
Fogwalker for Frost Lynx although honestly I'd cut it when I get the chance.
Spell Burst for Forbid but that's pretty expensive, Insidious Will is a lot better or you could go full protection and go for Swan Song or Dispel
Enlightened Ascetic for War Priest of Thune or Leonin Relic-Warder
Fleeting Memories for New Perspectives though again, I'd cut this when I get the chance.
Divine Favor for literally anything else but I'll say Flickering Ward
Meteorite and Manalith for Chromatic Lantern and Coldsteel Heart. I don't think you need a subpar card like Meteorite when you have infinite blinks.
Why Homarid Explorer? Seems like an odd choice. Again, infinite blinks will win with literally anything so why not play card that synergies with your deck more? How about Deadeye Navigator which is a stupid card and a back up brago? Or Venser, Shaper Savant to bounce all the lands.
That's the biggest piece of advice I'd give you. You have a lot fo random mill that doesn't synergies with your commander like Psychic Corrosion. I'd see about removing that.
Finally 33 lands is kinda low. I aim for at least 36, maybe even 38

I love me some bouncing! Some cool cats for that are Venser, Shaper Savant, Fogwalker, Sea Gate Oracle, and Vendilion Clique. Good Luck!

I play a casual blue black that utilizes a lot of "freeze/stall" spells as I like to call them. Creatures like Frost Lynx, Watertrap Weaver, and Fogwalker; Harbinger of the Tides. Enchantments such as Malfunction, Ice Over, and Claustrophobia. Play instants like Send to Sleep, Chilling Grasp, and Ojutai's Breath. As far as black...Deathstroke, Assassinate, Royal Assassin, Rathi Assassin, Stalking Assassin, Murderous Compulsion. Throw some nasty flyers in the mix and you're sure to piss off your friends.
