Maybeboard

My NewToMagic friend who I usually build decks for sent me a pic of the card Persistent Petitioners, asking if it was any good. Like any sane player, I told him it was pretty bad and he shouldn't get any funny ideas. Then I got a funny idea.

So what I've got here is a mill deck in a U/W control/pillowfort shell that features- you guessed it- adviser tribal. But there's a catch! All the advisers can't just be advising each other, that'd get old after awhile. And what if my opponent lands a solid storm crow? It's GGs! Our lil advisors cant fly, who'll protect them? How about the wise sphinx?

Not only is it flavor winnage, our sphinxes help close out matchups that we can't get through by milling, (pesky Tentacle Titans are rampant in our meta.) While they are few, they are powerful and should be great alternate win conditions should their subordinates fail their duties.

I'm no master deckbuilder by any stretch of the mile, and this thing was cooked up in like 45 minutes at 3AM, so I'll need all the feedback I can get. I tried to keep the budget SEMI reasonable while still adding the core cards to keep this thing afloat.
