I used Sisay, Weatherlight Captain as the commander because she gives me access to Glissa, the Traitor and the ability to tutor for legends.

This deck uses no dual lands because the ones that come in untapped are expensive. To make up for that, I put in tons of mana fixing and kept the amount of colorless cards high.
