Hey, I was thinking about your deck. By my experience, Angel of Vitality is not that powerful as she looks like. Maybe you should replace her with something that make better use of your powerful lifegain, for example Ajani's Pridemate , Speaker of the Heavens (he's in your sideboard), Light of Promise or Heliod, Sun-Crowned , to boost creature of your choice (You will have them plenty). Also, I was thinking about your final strike and those are my two propositions: Shelter (instead of Sunbeam Spellbomb ) and Angel of Destiny if you couldn't kill your enemy in conventional way. I m not a very experienced player, but I'm glad if I helped. Btw. I like your deck :D. Good luck with it ^^.

Scroll of Avacyn , Sunbeam Spellbomb , Origin Spellbomb , and Soul-Guide Lantern would be good for 'mono white' card draw for your deck since you can get them out of the graveyard for value with your commander.

Heliod's Intervention is really good for removal as well as Crush Contraband. Swords to Plowshares is almost a must for white decks since it is just such good removal.

Stuff like Salvage Scout , Restoration Specialist , and Treasure Hunter let you get back the low cmc value artifacts back from your graveyard. Myr Retriever and Scrap Trawler will also get you back stuff.

I would do some searches for infinite combos for Teshar since I don't know of any off the top of my head, but I know they are out there.

Licia is dear to me as well, and you've got an interesting list. It's great to see a few cards that I feel I've discovered for Licia that I don't see in very many lists like Children of Korlis, Acatian Moneychanger, Tainted Sigil, Augur Il-Vec.

I realize he's not really a creative card, but Sun Titan would be able to get back these pieces for you. I also like Phyrexian Reclamation for this purpose.

Sunbeam Spellbomb is a nice way to get Licia out early, or draw a card in a pinch. Also recurrable with Sun Titan. I've been looking around myself for more cards that will get Licia out early, I think Tithe Drinker is worth a slot, I feel I underestimated the value of Extort in a multiplayer setting. Having said that, I only run one other extort card which is Blind Obedience, but you're usually gaining 3 life off an Extort which is very nice.

Only other recommendations I would make would be more haste enablers for Licia. Like the list.

As a fellow Angel lover (you can see my angel tribal & taxes deck here ), I think you run many angels that are simply not good enough. Angel of Retribution, Radiant, Archangel is too fragile to mass removal, Seraph of Dawn, Seraph of the Suns, Shepherd of the Lost, Requiem Angel, Angelic Field Marshal is useless if you don't have your commander out, and if you have it you really don't need that much having viligance on all your creatures when a lot of them already have it, Exquisite Archangel (if you want this kind of effect I would prefer Resolute Archangel, that does it whenever you want), Herald of War I think is too slow, all of those I think cost too much for what they do, even Radiant, because she is too vulnerable against mass removal, although you could argue that she is good enough, I don't like her that much. I also think some of them like Silver Seraph or Shattered Angel could be removed but I'm fearing that I am going to cut too much and you will end up with less than 100 cards. Also, I'd suggest removing Iona, as hard as it is for me to say, but when my opponents stole it from me for the third time and named white I finally decided is too risky to run her in a monocolored deck.

I also think you are running some inefficient lifegain. Chaplain's Blessing is too weak, you could instead run cards like Blessed Alliance that are far more versatile, or Solemn Offering to mix targeted removal with life gain. Rest for the Weary, Sun Droplet, those ones I think are too ineficient.

Finally, some of the artifacts you run are to make your creatures able to evade more, but I don't think it is necessary when all of them already fly and are enormous, so I would cut Trailblazer's Boots and Prowler's Helm. I don't think Whispersilk Cloak is that good taking into account how many enchantments and abilities you have that target your creatures, and Sunbeam Spellbomb isn't good enough if you are not running some kind of graveyard recursion.

Finally, I would cut many of the cards you use to buff up your angels. They are already big, you don't need too many +1/+1 effects when you are always casting 5/5s, 6/6s and 7/7s. That would make Silver Seraph, Path of Bravery, Honor of the Pure, Dictate of Heliod and Light from Within cuttable.

Have you thought about adding Approach of the Second Sun? It's a nice alternate win condition that makes you gain life. I'd also think about including the OG Ajani Goldmane, it was made specifically about lifegain.

10 lands is less than half of what you need. Yes, there are 3 signets in your deck. No, they are not enough either.

Also, what I meant was that perhaps it would be easier to adapt the martyrproc shell, to life-gain-wincons. Martyrproc wins by gaining life, and holding on until the constant card advantage from Proclamation of Rebirth ends the game.

Your current build will most likely beat burn, but not much else. You don't really stop an opponent from building card advantage against you. Many games will be you popping life-gain after lifegain, against an opponent who plays bigger and bigger threats, and you'll be lacking mana like crazy (to curve directly to 5, you need 26 mana sources or something like that).

I think you should find something more reliable to gain life, other than random creatures. Auriok Salvagers and Sunbeam Spellbomb could do, but other ways of getting the spellbomb back would also work. The spellbomb could be replaced by other cheap artifacts - perhaps you're on to something with the Scroll of Avacyn. Martyr of Sands and Proclamation of Rebirth is an option, but is better when you have some way of filling your hand with white cards (hello Squadron Hawk). Yet another option is Isochron Scepter and a lifegaining instant (I like this idea, since you can play sweepers in the early game without losing much).

I like what you're doing with Manabarbs. I'd probably throw in an Earthquake as well.

Martyr of Sands and Sunbeam Spellbomb are also must haves for me. I'm trying to get her out and give her haste so I can beat down with her. Still a work in progress.

I think every Licia deck should have a Sunbeam Spellbomb, but I like this list a LOT!
