The power of blue shines in this mono blue control deck with a compounding residual mana boost from the Sapphire Medallions (Copy Artifact gives the deck > 4 Sapphire Medallions). The mana advantage accelerates with the included cards that allow you to untap islands when cast (Rewind, Time Spiral, Treachery, & Frantic Search).

Features 4 Legendary creatures. I'd have to say that Arcanis the Omnipotent has been the most beneficial creature to have in play because of his tap for Ancestral Recall ability. Arcanis is exploitable with Minamo, School at Water's Edge. Tap 2 cards for a net gain of +6 cards is rather insane.

My favorite control/win condition is when you have Mind Over Matter, Future Sight, & Tolarian Academy in play, for you can play the entire deck during one turn should you wish.
