Transcendent Master -- Value creature. Just pure value Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant  ^Flip -- Value. Flip it for protection. Serra Ascendant -- Excellent value through most of the game. So good, I think I'm dumping a board wipe for it. Thalia's Lancers -- tutors for much! 4/4 first strike is pretty good too. Karmic Guide -- *Returning, Bringing back value creatures.* Knight of the White Orchid -- *Returning. More Ramp & good body for equipment* Relic Seeker -- *Returning. Giving this another go, hoping it does better at becoming Renown again*

Kozilek, the Great Distortion -- Out It That Betrays Sadly, I only got value out of it a few times. Kozi makes up for my lack of draw power. Also a chance at countering stuff... but mostly, almost completely, draw. Another option would be Newlamogg for more removal. Eldrazi Displacer -- Synergizes well with Eye & Shrine. Also... can we say ETB Triggers? Like Karmic Guide. Like Sun Titan. Like.. hell, just triggering Mentor of the Meek for extra draws? Eldrazi Conscription -- Synergizes well with Eye & Shrine. Also won't fall off when 8.5 gives out protection (unless -it- gets protection) Also can flash in with Sigarda's Aid also.. also... also... Yeah, this things pretty sweet and I want to give it a shot.

Karmic Justice -- Out Earnest Fellowship I know, I was just goin deep on protections. Its also damn hilarious when you shut down deck that target their own creatures. Trying a different way of protecting my stuff. Also better at warding off attacks on my equipment. Prison Term -- Dear Mayael the Anima <3 Mind Stone -- Need more card draw. This may not make the cut. I'm struggling for slots. Tho, potential draw recurs w/ Sun Titan... Fireshrieker -- Tryin it out. Double Striking to get double triggers out of Swords is great.

Crib Swap -- Out Banishing Stroke not quite as versatile, but good creature removal. Also synergizes with Eye of Ugin Open the Armory -- Out Glare of Heresy. I tried it to be different. Rarely had it in hand. I think I'd prefer value tutor over removal. Oblation -- *Returning. This is back, temporarily. May stay, may not. Planeswalkers are a PITA to deal with, tho I hate giving a control deck more draws. However, shuffling something I own thats about to get exiled -AND- drawing 2 cards for 3cmc is nice.* Steelshaper's Gift -- *Returning. Just getting more consistancy out of the deck. Need to be able to pull hasters early. Mana ramp early. Good swords early*

Thespian's Stage -- Out Ghost Quarter I like my land removal, but I rarely use it. Cathedral of War -- Out Mirrorpool They both enter tapped, except CoW has Exalted. Instant value. MP will remain in the "maybe" board. I think it can still be damn awesome and may decide to swap it out for a different land later. I just can't strip anymore Plains for Utilities.

Helm of Kaldra, Shield of Kaldra and Sword of Kaldra. They're great equipment, just not efficient. Quicksilver Amulet -- It was fun while it lasted... then I never had it, or the spare mana to get the value. Removal in the meta is a thing. Relic of Progenitus -- Goes against my small recursion sweet. Archangel of Tithes -- Love this card. The art. As NensouHiebara points out (on his decklists comment section), the ability is lack luster & its no Seedborn Muse. I'm not running that either. Duplicant -- I've got quite a bit removal & I needed to find a slot for Serra Ascendant. Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite -- Love this one as well, and again, not quite doin what I want it to do. Sad day.. Anthems aren't great for voltron. Not as much as you'd like, especially anthems that cost 7cmc or 2/2 & draw massive hate. It did work as a static board wipe, until my meta moved into giant creatures. *God I hope I dont see an opposing Elesh norn now LOL* Iona, Shield of Emeria -- Keeping her close. She's so damn good. She always comes in naming Blue. It That Betrays -- Kozi will do better. Instant value & cheaper to play. Indomitable Archangel -- Maybe I'll bring back Abunas for hexproof over shroud & easier casting cost *Read: Not trip-white* Earnest Fellowship -- Pet favorite card. The foil looks amazing too. However, the deck was losing focus & this card was part of the cause. Rest in Peace -- Again, against my small recursion. Its just not doin what the deck needs to do. Banishing Stroke -- the number of times I draw this turn 1 is ridiculous. The number of times I draw it for miracle is **0**. Ancient Den, Ghost Quarter, Mirrorpool -- Brought in lands that will benefit the deck better, also the artifact land just had to get trimmed. Glare of Heresy -- didnt work out. Tragic Arrogance, Terminus -- had to trim some fat. Have a ton of board wipes - lets not forget both Ugin & O-Stone. Deathrender, Pariah's Shield, Quicksilver Amulet -- just never seem to work out. Bringing back the focus. Tatsumasa, the Dragon's Fang -- Always coming and going. I just love this sword. Wish it was more efficient.
