Though White as a piece of the color pie doesn't have many draw engines, this deck is designed to keep cards in your hand to meet Kiyomaro's criteria.

It's fortified with many a powerful card, so it essentially doesn't have to win with Kiyomaro, though getting him out in a game is definitely to your advantage.
