Glissa the Traitor deck built mostly from cards that I have, and (a few) cards purchased for under $5, which is a rule I follow for building my "budget" decks.

This deck mainly runs on Glissa's recursion ability, which is why the deck has a lot of artifacts with abilities, permanents that benefits from dying creatures, and (mostly) creature removal to return artifacts back to hand.
