I always wanted to try my hand at a Fblthp deck since he came out, but I didn't know what to do until Fblthp, Lost on the Range came out.

Plot things and storm out later!

This deck follows the main artifact storm lines with things like Hurkyl's Recall and Paradoxical Outcome, as well as infinite storm count with Dramatic Reversal and Isochron Scepter. The advantage of storing the top card for a later turn with more storm count is definitely just as potent. Things like Sensei's Divining Top and Scroll Rack really shine here for the exact reason of setting up your top card to plot. There are also several spells that allow this.

I also want to point out that this list, while fringe cedh/high power, is severely under-optimized, running no counterspells and no tutors. Feel free to use this as a base for either power direction you want to take it.

Noticed while playing that Fblthp's clause relies on mana costs, not CMC. Unfortunately, that means the stuff without mana costs, aside from lands, has to come out. I realize I could've replaced them with actual 0 cost spells, counterspells, or tutors, but I personally like the way the deck feels and its current power level, so I stuck with more mana from rocks and whatnot.
