This is an Egon, God of Death   deck focused around reanimation. In most cases you should cast Egon's other half,Throne of Death   on turn 1 to begin milling, while also milling yourself with other cards such as Mindwrack Harpy and cards with the Dredge mechanic such as Golgari Thug.

Once this is done you cast reanimation spells such as Dread Return or Victimize to reanimate big threats such as Artisan of Kozilek or powerful ETBs like Gray Merchant of Asphodel.

Egon himself is a bit ignored in this deck, but if the Throne is destroyed later in the game you should consider if you need more self-mill or a big body.
