Baral, Chief of Compliance is making sure the residents of Kaladesh (our the players in your commander game) don't have too much fun. He is ready to Dissolve their joy and confiscate all of the cool things thay have with his assistant Guile . His friend the Lighthouse Chronologist is helping him get more time to punish excessive amounts of fun, and makes sure that even while their ideas are Foil ed, he still has to make sure he has the time to Walk the Aeons . Meanwhile, his buddies Talrand, Sky Summoner and the Docent of Perfection   are working on new ways to keep the citizens at only their allotted amount of fun. Everyday Baral, Chief of Compliance will continue his solemn duty, and make everyone mad in the process.

This is a Baral, Chief of Compliance commander deck that is paying many, many counter spells and wants to make sure you always have the answers. The win conditions are cards like Metallurgic Summonings and Guile to steal all of your opponents good stuff they want to cast. It also has some good extra turn effects to get extra cards and untaps, so yo can continue to answer everything.

This deck is designed to not have any combos in it and be a control deck, as my playgroup hates my combo decks. I hope this deck is a real killer that makes sure that your opponents are playing the way you want them to.
