Zameck knew that Lorescale pauper edh wanted him as his servant. Deep down Zameck wished the lorescale was his own pawn.

Who doesn't love drawing a bunch of cards? Of all the guildmages, Zameck best synergies with both the old Ravnica and new Ravnica abilities for each guildmages particular guild (Evolve and Graft for Simic). Persist, Undying and Proliferate are insane with Zameck as well.
