• Ayara, First of Locthwain + Marrow-Gnawer - Any rat tokens will trigger Ayara, growing exponentially
• Ayara, First of Locthwain + Plague of Vermin - Pay X life to gain it back immediately and drain life from all opponents when the tokens come into play
• Ayara, First of Locthwain + Lord Skitter, Sewer King + Marrow-Gnawer - Generates a token every turn which triggers Ayara and can be used as a sacrifice to Marrow-Gnawer for faster token generation
• Haunted One + Marrow-Gnawer - Every time Marrow-Gnawer triggers their sacrifice effect all rat creatures get +2/+0 and undying until end of turn
• Marrow-Gnawer + Thornbite Staff - Infinite Rat Tokens
• Crypt Rats + Ogre Slumlord - deathtouch lets crypt rats kill everything on the board and then replace all non-token creatures with fresh rat tokens
• Marrow-Gnawer + Wave of Rats - On a successful hit, Wave of Rats can be sacrificed to Marrow-Gnawer to immediately and repeatedly bring it + rat tokens back to the battlefield
• Twisted Sewer-Witch - token generator and anti-board wipe tech, plus Marrow-Gnawer, Arya, Chittering Witch, Piper of the Swarm, or Village Rites can all trigger the wicked role tokens at instant speed
• Voracious Vermin - Grows naturally with all of the tokens + sac outlets in the deck. i.e. Chittering Witch, Piper of the Swarm, Marrow-Gnawer, Arya, or Village Rites
• Cloak and Dagger - works as free protection for Marrow-Gnawer, Ogre Slumlord or Ratcatcher
• Susur Secundi, Void Altar - easy to station with multiple Rat Colonys and/or Persistent Marshstalker. These can then be used as sacrifice targets to draw large numbers of cards
