This deck focuses on the Commander's ability to reduce the cost of spells based on the number of targets. When X is both the cost and the number of targets for a spell, you can choose any and all victims you desire. The only limit is your conscience.

--I am a fairly new and casual player, still learning about the world of MTG. Any tips on how to make a slightly cleaner deck are much appreciated!--
