So this decks first priority is to ramp as much as possible. This then allows you to play your creatures that have high power to then draw a lot of cards with Zegana. Once that has happened you then use one of the variety of ways of generating infinite or near infinite mana and use that mana to draw all the rest of your deck or use another infinite combo to kill the entire table at once. One shortcut and go to way of winning is with Thassa's oracle. Others include drawing your deck with psychosis crawler out, pumping all of your creatures to arbitrarily large numbers and attacking the table for lethal, or getting enough +1/+1 counters on zegana to trigger simic ascendancy. To further maximize your ability to generate massive amounts of mana you have a series of mana increasers which also assist in gaining infinite mana. Finally to assist in mass card draw you have the series of cards that will allow you to draw cards equal to the greatest power among creatures you control with Rishkar's expertise and Garruk to double up on the amount you draw from Zegana. This deck is surprising resistant to removal and seemingly wins out of nowhere. Have fun!
