This is a Budget Version of my Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest. This deck is crazy in a budget pod where the amount of money is very restricted. If you buy the cheapest available reprints for some cards, you could build this whole deck (even including the commander) for less than $40 ($39.83, actually as of 7/31/2019).
