This deck is my attempt at making a deck themed around lord of the rings, the franchise that got me into fantasy. Heres a list of all the events and characters.

Jodah, Archmage Eternal is Gandalf because I needed a 5 color commander.

The shades in the deck are the Nazgul when they're on dragons. Urgoros, the Empty One specifically being the Witch King.

Josu Vess, Lich Knight is the Nazgul when they're on horseback.

Apothecary Initiate is Samwise Gamgee.

Aryel, Knight of Windgrace is Eowyn.

Balthor the Stout is Gimly.

Battleflight Eagle are of course the Eagles Ex Machina.

Cao Cao, Lord of Wei is Saruman.

Curse of the Cabal depicts Gandalf trapped on Sarumans tower.

Darien, King of Kjeldor is Aragon.

Cathars' Crusade is both the Rohirrim showing up a Helms Deep and them showing up and Gonder.

Cackling Fiend is Golem

Cenn's Heir is Frodo.

Baird, Steward of Argive is Theoden

Ezuri, Renegade Leader is Elrond

Elder Deep-Fiend is the sea monster they fight.

Eron the Relentless is Boromir.

Springjack Knight is Merry.

Orc Sureshot Depicts the orcs killing Faramirs men and almost killing him.

Guardian of Cloverdell is Treebeard.

Imperious Perfect is Arwen

Ishkanah, Grafwidow is Shelob.

Ivorytusk Fortress is the Oliphantus

Kabira Vindicator is both the King of Gonder and Aragorn before their big fight.

Preeminent Captain is Pippin.

Meltdown shows the One Ring being destroyed.

Mardu Roughrider is Gothmog the orc the lead the armies against Gondor.

Cut Depicts Aragorn decapitating Lurtz the orc that killed Boromir.

Rakdos, Lord of Riots is the Balrog

Royal Assassin is wormtongue

Archetype of Courage is Faramir.

Tolsimir Wolfblood is Legolas.

Zurgo Helmsmasher is Lurtz the orc Aragorn fights in the first movie.

Blade of Selves is Anduril Aragorns sword.

Heartseeker is Sting.

Ring of Three Wishes is the ring given to the race of men.

Ring of Valkas is the ring given to the dwarfs.

Ring of Xathrid is the ring given to the elves.

Sol Ring is the one ring.

Tower of Calamities is Saurons tower.

Far Wanderings depicts just the journey in general.

Impale depicts Eowyn killing the Witch King.

Sylvan Awakening depicts the treefolk fighting Saruman.

Arachnus Web depicts Frodo being trapped in Shelobs web.

Debtors' Knell depicts the undead army.

And finally Eye of the Storm is the perfect depiction of Sauron and Saruman.
