Mardu Roughrider for an orc that you missed.
Sunforger for "instant speed" board wipes.
And while I don't know where to cut for those, I feel there's better things for the orcs to do than lock people in a Ghostly Prison or hide behind a Sphere of Safety. Like Taxing foes through War's Toll.
And as a last aside, I feel that if you're not going wide then you probably should add at least 1 or 2 ways to get through blockers as opposed to just removing them. Like giving trample mainly, but also unblockable somehow?

So, the blocker has to be a multicolor creature with, at minimum, black and at least one of the attacker's colors. In the examples, Stromkirk Captain could block the Bladetusk Boar, and Mardu Roughrider and Spike Jester can block the Sunhome Enforcer. An artifact creature of any color could block either of them.

Let's say A has a Bladetusk Boar enchanted with Fear. A attacks B, who has Child of Night, Stromkirk Captain, and Crossway Vampire able to block. Since the Boar essentially reads, "This creature can't be blocked except by red creatures or artifact creatures. This creature can't be blocked except by black creatures or artifact creatures.", which of B's creatures could block it?
In a different situation, A has Sunhome Enforcer nattily sporting an Executioner's Hood and enchanted with Fear. B has Mardu Roughrider, Spike Jester, Weapons Trainer, and Reassembling Skeleton. If A attacks, which of B's creatures could block?
Basically, how do fear and intimidate work when a non-black creature has both? Can a mono-black creature block, can a creature that shares a color with the attacker block, or does the blocker have to both be black and share a color? (Artifact creatures can block in all cases.)

Here's mine if you want to check it out for some ideas. Only 9 creatures including Zurgo.
Masako the Humorless seems like a dead card with Zurgo, unless you can guarantee consistently giving him 1st strike.
Zurgo seems to run better as a voltron. I tried to run a bunch of the Mardu stuff with him, Ankle Shanker, Alesha, Who Smiles at Death Mardu Roughrider, a bunch of dash cards... it never ran right.
But as soon as I cut almost all the other creatures, inserted all the nukes I could afford (screw a bunch of $60.00 Damnation), it just clicks along.
Also, I keep forgetting to pick up an Assault Suit for my Zurgo deck.

If you're still curious about using Butcher of the Horde, my friend and I came up with this deck list for Mardu Tokens the other day and have been building it to use at a local Modern tournament.
He's a good beatstick in Standard and I used him back at the pre-release next to Zurgo Helmsmasher and Mardu Roughrider along with some Hordeling Outbursts to take home a winning record that night.
