Introduction

This is my upgrade of the Commander 2018 Exquisite Invention Precon. I added some more reliable draw and ramp, and decided to lean into Saheeli's ability to reduce mana costs to cast some big burn spells to finish off opponents. Other than that, it's pretty much artifact value. No infinite combos...at least, I don't think there are. But improvements can always be made.
