Ideally, you'll be able to get enough mana out to power a massive, game ending Prosperity or Skyscribing. You'll be discarding Ulamog along with a huge stack of other cards: this will allow you to reshuffle it into a new library. Alternately, cast Beacon of Tomorrow into an empty library and take infinite turns. With Ulamog and a Steel Hellkite out, it shouldn't last long.

Be sure to save the counterspells for the massive draw: everyone will have their entiure deck in their hand and you need to have answers for their instants.
