Petals of Insight
Sorcery — Arcane
Look at the top three cards of your library. You may put those cards on the bottom of your library in any order. If you do, return Petals of Insight to its owner's hand. Otherwise, draw three cards.

Illuna, Apex of Omniscience
Super sweet deck. I had the idea to do a Illuna + Omniscience deck, googled it, and found your list. I've got a couple suggestions though.
-
I think you could use more incidental token production to give you mutate targets. Cards like Lazotep Plating, Emergent Sequence, Growth Spasm, Alrund's Epiphany or Stolen by the Fae could be great ways to create tokens for you to mutate onto, outside of man lands or GSZing for Dryad Arbor or Crop Rotating for Khalni Garden. The more expensive man lands like Lumbering Falls, Wandering Fumarole and Raging Ravine feel especially clunky here as 10 mana to activate them plus mutate is pretty steep. Another angle could be adding a Dwarven Mine, and maybe a Sheltered Thicket and second basic mountain to go along with it, so that your Mire, Mesa, Tarn and Foothills can produce a creature token as well. Kher Keep could be good for this too as it's a repeatable effect.
-
It seems to me that you don't have enough ways to deterministically win once you get the Omniscience down. Intuition, Gamble and Mystical Tutor + a cantrip, seem like your only ways to reliably find Ignite Memories, and Intuition only gets into your graveyard. You definitely need at least 2 Regrowth / Reclaim effects so that your Intuition always gets you what you want. Bala Ged Recovery Flip, Mystic Retrieval, and Experimental Overload (since it can make a token too) are all cool options there. Playing those cards to support Intuition also allows you to play Gifts Ungiven and put together similar packages with it. Probably the best card to use to go off with Omniscience is Petals of Insight since it makes the storm count infinitely large and finds you your Ignite Memories all in one card. You could use cards like Solve the Equation or even Eerie Procession to find the Petals since it's an arcane spell. There's also Merchant Scroll which doesn't get you to the sorcery Petals directly, but it can find Firemind's Foresight, which then finds Intuition along with maybe some interaction. Brainstorm, Ponder, Preordain, Faithless Looting and Frantic Search all seem fine here as they're useful both before and after you get your Omni down. Spells like Time Twister and Time Spiral seem less good though, as there's a fair chance you could fizzle after casting them even with an Omniscience out. Enter the Infinite, Praetor's Counsel, Insurrection, Volcanic Vision, or Mnemonic Deluge also work as finishers if you want to do something bigger and splashier with Omniscience out.
-
Lastly, Sea Gate Restoration Flip, Valakut Awakening Flip, and Silundi Vision Flip all could be sensible additions to the mana base that double as ways to start go off with Omni. Not to mention Bala Ged Recovery that I mentioned before as part of the Intuition/Gifts package. Once you start playing any number of those spell lands, it probably then becomes a good idea to include a Gruul Turf or similar land to open up the line of Crop Rotating into a bounce land to return a spell land to hand. Once you're on this land package, Hour of Promise starts to look pretty appealing, as it can find bounce + spell land to start and Omniscience chain, or any number of various creature lands if you need something to mutate onto.

[PDH] Tatyova Combo

This is a pretty cool deck, thanks for sharing! I was recently looking into building a "Common Commander" ("Commonder"?) deck as a simple deckbuilding restriction for the 99, so it was nice finding out about PDH, which has overlap in legendary uncommon creatures as commanders. I've built this deck and it's a ton of fun.
I want to play only cards available as paper commons though if reasonably possible and I was wondering what you would replace Whispers of the Muse with ( Spoils of Victory seems rather easily replaced by Reap and Sow .)
So far the best replacement seems to be Petals of Insight which sorts the library for infinite mana unless the number of cards in there is a multiple of 3, and it can still draw at least one card you really want even then. It just doesn't cycle as well.

I like it.
Genesis Storm also works
Omniscience + Petals of Insight(or View from Above if you can figure out an easy way of getting a white permanent) + Grapeshot/other storm spell
Maybe Fire Prophecy/Dream Cache to complement Brainstorm and Amass the Components

Cards to remove-
Congregation at Dawn - Tutors are great and normally I would not suggest pulling one, however since you are not looking for a combo with it and it is outside the flavor of the them I would say pull it.
Rowan, Fearless Sparkmage - Does not provide enough value to keep
The Cauldron of Eternity - Needs to be built around and will cost too much
Petals of Insight - Costs too much for what it does
Silverflame Ritual - not a bad card but it does not hurt the goal of the deck to cut
Cauldron's Gift - Not a bad include especially with the amount of sacrifice you have in the deck.. But there is not enough recursion going to really justify keeping it.
Chalice of Life Flip- A bit slow and your not focusing on lifegain
Emry, Lurker of the Loch - just not running enough artifacts to justify the slot
Drown in the Loch -Not a bad card but we got to cut something
Korvold, Fae-Cursed King - A great great card, but I think it will do you more harm than good. Also needs to be built around
Cards to switch out- You are probably running too light on ramp in general since this is a 5 color deck. You have roughly 6 ramp spells in the deck, I would suggest more to make sure you have enough mana to be able to play spells on curve. Adding signets will be helpful since they will help with color fixing and can provide some decent ramp for 2 mana. The obelisks work well, but if you do add signets I would say to add most of them and replace the obelisks with signets.
Possibly replace Think Twice and Reach Through Mists with Brainstorm and Ponder since they are much more efficient and provide better value for the slots.
Overall it is not a bad deck for the theme it is going for. It's power level won't be high since it is a theme deck so you are sacrificing card slots for flavor. But there is nothing wrong with that if you enjoy it. I would say pull the cards suggested, maybe swap out the obelisks and just play test the deck and see what needs to be done from there. Most likely color fixing/ramp as well as maybe improving the card draw a bit (just swapping out for more efficient cards) is what you will need to work on. But for a fairy tale deck I'd say it is on point for it's theme.

Think Twice and Petals of Insight have been swapped out for the Mindmoil and the Reforge the Soul that I got today. Last upgrades from my maybe list I will get for some time.

I like the list, is similar to mine and I can assure you Soothsaying, Mystic Speculation and Petals of Insight would be great to dig the top.

You know, I agree with the instant speed removal. I know that those are better I just was going for the most bang for your buck so to speak. I actually misunderstood Path of Ancestry, I thought it read something else. This is an auto-include in any multi-color deck woops! I'm actually not the biggest fan of Petals of Insight, but with a bunch of mana it does let me go through a lot of my deck, and I don't like the conditional-ness of Theft of Dreams too much. Under the majority of circumstances Mystic Remora is a meta card and not so much a staple, but considering the serious amount of mana this deck makes it won't hurt just having out.
