Icefall

Destroy target artifact or land.

Recover (Red)(Red) (When a creature is put into your graveyard from play, you may pay (Red)(Red). If you do, return this card from your graveyard to your hand. Otherwise, remove this card from the game.)

I think your list looks fun, but if you want to sling spells, Shenanigans , Waves of Aggression , Icefall , and Volcanic Vision all seem like they could fit.

I've got a boros deck that uses Fall of the Thran and Emeria Shepherd to fuel some other ridiculous stuff. More Quintorius decks could definitely use this combo.

legendofa on Why is Rimescale Dragon Red …

Red also has some connection with the harmful aspects of ice and cold. This was mostly shown in Coldsnap and Kamigawa, with cards like Skred, Icefall, and Frostwielder. The tap effect, as SynergyBuild mentions, is based off snow, not blue, for this set.

It probably could have been printed as blue, but I'm glad it wasn't. It develops dragons in a new direction while keeping their feel. Most non-red dragons are part of a five-card cycle, and most of the rest are from Dragons of Tarkir.

DexRain on Friends? What friends? (land destruction)

I've been plotting to put together a B/R land destruction deck myself for awhile, look into Icefall, Roiling Terrain, and Seismic Spike

Price of Glory would probably work well in here too, and maybe sideboard some Lava Blister

Glad I could help. Now that you mention the color Red:

If you want to make anti-land as competitive as possible, I'd suggest you start with Red, and then you can splash any color, but White :)

Stone Rain, Boom/Bust and Molten Rain are all quite cheap, and very effective. (Though Boom takes a bit of build around, it's the best.)

Blood Moon and Fulminator Mage are both very, very powerful, but also somewhat expensive.

Additionally Red has Roiling Terrain, Avalanche Riders, Goblin Ruinblaster, Icefall and Detritivore can all be decent in LD decks.

Green or perhaps Blue are probably the best splashes to go for as far as secondary color goes, but Black is fine. (Just stay away from white. It has no support, and it's best card gives out free lands.)

Being that you want to do land hate here are some cheaper nasty land destruction cards that might interest you I don't know many green land hate cards so:

Orcish Settlers <-- would be really nasty with some ramp

Dwarven Miner

Seismic Spike

Implode

Icefall

Feast of Worms

Price of Glory sadly this is a little pricey for a budget deck

Decree of Annihilation

Dwarven Blastminer

Keldon Firebombers

Stoneshaker Shaman

Pyromancer's Goggles <-- if you decide to throw some targeting land hate spells
