Aerial Surveyor
Artifact — Vehicle
Flying
Whenever this attacks, if defending player controls more lands than you, search your library for a basic Plains card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library.
Crew 2 (Tap any number of other creatures you control with total power 2 or more: This Vehicle becomes an artifact creature until end of turn.)

Hey, +1 for the deck name! I really like the concept of using Vehicles to crew each other to help to pay for Urza's artifact creature affinity. One creature who can crew a single Vehicle can create a chain that essentially bypasses having to pay for Urza's Commander tax.
You have 10 playable Vehicles here, that's not many if you want a Vehicle strategy. Consider more Vehicles and interactions with Vehicles?
Anchor to Reality is a Vehicle Tinker.
Imposter Mech and Weatherlight are more Vehicles with good effects. Weatherlight can repeatedly look at the top five cards of your library and put any one artifact or legendary card into your hand. The better creatures here who have Vehicle interactions are legendary and Artifact lands are historic. Imposter can become any creature an opponent controls, but it's still an artifact/Vehicle. That's really good with Master Transmuter, who can change what creature Imposer becomes.
Another reason to add more Vehicles is Greasefang, Okiba Boss, Esper, Vehicles and Greasefang go together nicely. Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh is an underrated Planeswalker with Vehicles and Greasefang, in fact all of his abilities are good here especially -6 emblem with crew. A Vehicle crew chain can draw a ton of cards if you have his emblem.
Crew is an activated ability thus if it's the first artifact activated ability you use on a player's turn it's 2 less to crew. His +1 is Thirst for Knowledge, draw and discard before combat for Greasefang. -2 effect doesn't end until that Vehicle leaves the battlefield which can really turn any noncreature artifact you control into a 4/4 Vehicle.
Research Thief and Bident of Thassa are consistent repeatable draw effects because of Constructs as well as with Vehicles who will most likely have just as easy time then a Construct at doing combat damage to a player. Losheel, Clockwork Scholar is nice with Constructs for combat damage + repeatable draw.
- Ornithopter of Paradise, Fellwar Stone
- Liquimetal Torque
- Sculpting Steel
- Aerial Surveyor
- Cranial Plating
Only seven ramp sources is low amount, consider more ramp? Ornithopter of Paradise without help is not a crewer, but it's good ramp for Urza which is just as important. Liquimetal Torque, if it's not making mana it can make Urza an artifact giving him menace to have an easier time attacking and doing Commander damage. Sculpting Steel can be a mana rock or any other artifact on the battlefield. It's another Metamorph effect which is excellent in multiplayer Commander. Aerial Surveyor is a Vehicle for ramp, but it can only get basic Plains which is still fine.
Cranial Plating is powerful with artifacts and it can be used with 0 power artifacts to make them crewers or attackers.
Good luck with your deck.

Made some fresh swaps!
Smuggler's Copter in, Skyknight Vanguard out play it turn 2, commander can crew it turn 3 and you get to loot twice thereafter. Helps feed some of the graveyard-dependant cards in the deck while making sure we don't run out of gas
Plumb the Forbidden in, Deadly Dispute out same mana cost, significantly better upside in a token deck. Helps us refill our hand in the case of a boardwipe, so it doubles as a protection piece of sorts
Tocasia's Welcome in, Aerial Surveyor out taking out the least consistent ramp option for extremely dependable card draw. We keep running out of cards so this should help
Bitter Reunion in, Urabrask the Hidden out early looting with the upside of giving our team haste at a fraction of Urabrask's cost. Can also be recurred repeatedly with Sun Titan for insane value.

More ramp? Cultivator's Caravan is obviously absent, maybe Aerial Surveyor.
Unlicensed Hearse is amazing vs decks that use the graveyard.
Some of the creatures with "Inspired" produce tokens as they untap, that might fit your theme

Consider cards like: Scaretiller, Stoic Farmer, Aerial Surveyor, Boreas Charger, Burnished Hart. I think all of these can accelerate your land count, casting the commander, and the amount of damage you deal with him.

I might drop some of the Samurai like these:
1x Nezumi Bladeblesser
1x Norika Yamazaki, the Poet
1x Peerless Samurai
1x Heiko Yamazaki, the General
For:
Hero of Bladehold (she is rediculous with Isshin, 4 tokens out with +2/0)
Boros Charm: protection
Fireflux Squad: pretty good with the tokens
Aerial Surveyor: Can help with ramp
Some other adds:
Sword of the Animist: ramp
Rakdos Signet, Orzhov Signet: Ramp
Phyrexian Arena: try to get this while it is a bit low for now thanks to a recent reprint
Some suggested drops:
1x The Shattered States Era: There are better cards
1x Touch the Spirit Realm: pretty good, but there are better
1x Wanderer's Intervention: both this and the below have better cards you can use: Infernal Grasp, Swords to Plowshares, Path to Exile, Despark, Anguished Unmaking, Bedevil, Baleful Mastery, Hero's Downfall, Dreadbore, Damn, Winds of Abandon
1x You Are Already Dead
1x Debt to the Kami
1x Deflecting Palm
1x Disenchant
1x Sword of Hours: there are better cards
1 Ecologist's Terrarium: there are better cards
It is looking good!!

Thanks for the suggestions. As the list is, it is running fine, so I do not have too many plans to change it, not that your suggestions have no merits.
I was running Skyknight Vanguard and ever since I added that and Honored Crop-Captain along with some aggro stuff, the deck started running wonky and got stomped all over. I dropped those out recently and added some more midrange stuff and the deck has been running much better.
Breena, the Demagogue: unless I am misunderstanding this card, it just doesn't seem too great to me. I mean, yes, the politics aspect helps a lot, but I am not a fan of my opponents drawing as well. Tymna the Weaver: will definitely be an add if I feel the list is running slow and not drawing enough. I have been going back and forth on adding her, I just cannot fit her in the current list. There is some draw for now: Kaya, Ghost Assassin, Phyrexian Arena, Bolas's Citadel, Skullclamp, Chief Jim Hopper, Esper Sentinel, and sort of Land Tax
Ramp: It seems to be fine to me as is, at least with how the deck plays. I have only tested the current list a couple of times and only 1 on 1 so I will see if more ramp is needed. 9 mana rocks seems a bit hefty at times. I will note I am running some treasure token producers and may add back in Smothering Tithe, I dropped it to test Unquenchable Fury as Tithe didn't feel too necessary at times. Aerial Surveyor also ramps pretty well and Land Tax helps with hitting the land drops.
Protection: Iroas, God of Victory Serves as Dolmen Gate while giving them menace and acts as a 7/4 beater. Teferi's Protection may go back in, I just dropped it but we will see. I guess in working on my protection I was more concerned with counterspells and certain blue board wipes (which is why Grand Abolisher, Deflecting Swat (lul cyclonic rift), and Defense Grid are in there) rather than worrying about other board wipes. I added Legion's Initiative as it kind of acts like Teferi's Protection in that it works a bit better to protect from exile wipes like Winds of Abandon and Farewell than some of the indestructible protection spells.
Fireflux Squad: for some stupid reason it never occurred to me to use this on the tokens. I will definitely find a spot for the squad.

I've been finding that with the use of Hoarding Ogre, the goblin created by Fable of the Mirror-Breaker Flip, Sword of the Animist, Aerial Surveyor, and Shiny Impetus (used to buff a creature that I want to continuously attack with anyways in order to fix mana or defensively), along with one of the copy generators such as the Delina, Wild Mage. Flamerush Rider, or Reflection of Kiki-Jiki Flip that I have an embarrassment of treasure tokens by turn 4 or 5. It seems like I can get away with drawing into one or two big guys in order to really solidify a lead. I'm also just into big bombs a not so guilty pleasure!
That being said I forgot to mention Fireflux Squad. As far as I can tell we can actually sac the tokens generated by Captain's Claws, Myriad copies from Warchief Giant (not in your deck last I checked but in your maybeboard) and Herald of the Host, Goblins created by Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin, Flamerush Rider and Delina to dig through our decks to throw out a non-token creature that won't exile or die at the end of combat. I'm going to test this card out. I think it may be something of a sleeper. Unless I completely misunderstand its effects it'll be like a second, less strict Winota, Joiner of Forces cheating out some of those bombs.
