Also. Any opportunity to build a token deck is right up my ally. Feel free to call on me to help build token decks.
My I suggest you build a token deck around Iroas, God of Victory . Since white is the main color of token production you must pick a cmdr with white. However the things on iroas do exactly what you want without repercussion. Attack with tokens and creatures and not lose on the transaction. This will be a deck that feels aggro. You run cards like Brimaz, King of Oreskos , Goblin Rabblemaster , Hanweir Garrison , Hero of Bladehold , Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin , Legion Warboss , Leonin Warleader , Silverwing Squadron , Skyknight Vanguard , Tilonalli's Summoner , Assemble the Legion , and Outlaws' Merriment , then there's also sorcery spells and instant spells in these colors that produce massive tokens. Spells from Tempt with Vengeance to Storm Herd .

Suggestions on how to build:
You need to think much more clearly about what your payoff will be. In Modern, the established Orzhov Tokens deck has plenty of generators, but wouldn't be nearly as powerful without cards like Intangible Virtue , Windbrisk Heights , and Legion's Landing Flip. Another payoff is that token generators are "creature" spells without being creature spells and synergize well with Bedlam Reveler and Young Pyromancer . The 8-whack style of pure aggression using the extra bodies to your advantage also works
I also agree with Boza that three colors is difficult on a budget. Another good option is going for 75% one color and splashing for the really good cards outside that color. I think you should cut black and may be able to focus on red depending on how it ends up.
Specific suggestions for this deck:
From what I saw, you really like aggressive red creatures that also create tokens. I think a good place to start would just be capping the curve at three mana and filling the deck with cheap aggressive cards. So cut anything above three mana and Impact Tremors and Dragonmaster Outcast . My favorites from your deck: Legion Warboss , Hanweir Garrison , Goblin Rabblemaster , I like many of your two-mana choices, but I think testing will decide whether you need immediate board presence with Goblin Instigator effects or the possibility of a larger board presence later with Skyknight Vanguard effects.
My suggestions: Reckless Bushwhacker (aggressive and cheap payoff card), Launch the Fleet (flexible generator), Venerated Loxodon (payoff card/bomb that you should be casting for one mana), Brimaz, King of Oreskos (just fine in this deck), Zealous Persecution (I know I told you to cut black, but this honestly seems good enough to splash for), and Legion's Landing Flip (good early, great late).

I don’t play standard, but your deck seems too heavy on creatures and lacking in non-creature spells such as spot-removal.
Claim the Firstborn seems really good as you can remove a blocker for cheap and have it deal damage. If you’re up against a deck with not a lot of creatures you can still use it to give your own creature haste or to untap it as a blocker after combat.
Your deck should also be running Corpse Knight as it would be ridiculously strong with Worthy Knight . Skyknight Vanguard would also help a lot in pushing this synergy as well. You could then abuse cards like Heartfire and Spark Harvest which are tremendously strong if you can flood the field. Do keep in mind those two spells work amazing with Claim the Firstborn as you can sac your own opponent’s stuff instead.

Good start to a deck. Rienne looks like an interesting build, and the built-in recursion is pretty powerful. If I might suggest a few cards that work really well with her; Dauntless Escort , Saffi Eriksdotter and Qasali Pridemage are all cards that self-sacrifice with powerful effects that Rienne, Angel of Rebirth lets you re-use. These cards will help to make your board more sticky and keep Rienne around to keep chugging out that value.
Theres a ton of other multicolored creatures that have reusable effects when they enter, like Duergar Hedge-Mage , Knight of Autumn and Tolsimir, Friend to Wolves . If token making is something you're interested in, then Conclave Cavalier and Trostani's Summoner can do a decent job. If you want some good aggressive finisher cards, theres Gahiji, Honored One and Knight of New Alara who can pump your board pretty nicely, as well as the liege cycle from Lorwyn.
Since the deck is three color, getting the right mana on time might be a bit of a problem. You could do with swapping some of the basics out for some tri-color lands, like Command Tower and Jungle Shrine , and using cheap fetches like Evolving Wilds , Terramorphic Expanse and Krosan Verge can help you get the lands you need as you need them. Replacing cards like Safewright Quest with things like Farseek , Kodama's Reach and Skyshroud Claim are also going to help, as you can never have enough mana in an EDH game, as we all know.
Your deck is also pretty light on removal, stuff like Swords to Plowshares , Sylvan Reclamation , Return to Dust , Generous Gift and Beast Within can get rid of troublesome creatures or permanents that threaten you or stop you winning with creatures. While they aren't flashy, sometimes you just need to get rid of that Rest in Peace before it does too much damage.
Thats my take on just some of the cards I figure could improve the deck, but I'm no expert. Play around with it and see what you like. If you find yourself struggling to cut cards, here's a list of what I feel are the weakest links in your deck, in no particular order; Chandra, Fire Artisan - You have access to better card draw and the burn shouldn't be super relevant most games. Dryad Militant , Vernadi Shieldmate , Skyknight Vanguard , Boros Swiftblade and Sunhome Guildmage all seem fairly low impact. Fatal Frenzy seems odd as your creatures aren't super large, and your commander isn't going to easily win by Commander Damage. War's Toll and Mana Web seem like filler slots, but maybe these help against your local meta?

I have a red/white deck with four copies of Skyknight Legionnaire , which I think is a great card, but, now that Skyknight Vanguard has been printed in Core Set 2020, I am contemplating replacing the previous card with it.
The vanguard has lower power and does not have haste, but it also has a lower mana cost and generates a token every time that it attacks (and, importantly, the tokens do not cease to exist after combat is over), and, since the deck also contains four copies of Balefire Liege , those tokens could become quite powerful.

Splashing red just for some hasty flying bears ain't worth it. The only things that might pull me towards Jeskai would be a Murmuring Mystic version with Kykar, Wind's Fury , or aggro with Skyknight Vanguard .
