This Wort deck's goal is to burn out its opponents, which admittedly is a high bar in commander. It seeks to accomplish this via the value generated from Wort's Conspire effect, as applied to both burn spells and loot/rummaging spells; remember, costs paid as part of a spell's casting don't need to be paid again if you fork it - so forked Harrow nets you three (4-1) lands, forked Thrill of Possibility nets you two card advantage, etc
