Tibalt deck all around being a little guy (that has no win condition) just teasin' and joshin' with other little guys (people that have win conditions). Main goals are to just keep pulling Tibalt out. Chain Veil, Campfire, Geode Golem, Amulet of Safekeeping, among a couple other commander resummon/tax fraud to tutor out with a large amount of tutors. With so many board wipes and single target removal, your friends would all say "good thing that deck is missing ramp, or else I'd be scared!" as they see the hand you conceded with when you slam it down on the table!
