I don't think you really want the mainboard feldon's cane? Seems like tech to bring in against your opponents' gy hate (which is in their sb usually, so you don't need this mb). And I think you want Campfire in that slot as a more flexible answer to both gy hate and burn. Land count also feels pretty low since you have 3 mana spells and more mana fuels your cycling. Cool take on an exhume deck though, riverwinder is great and I love the crab.

Old deck now, I know.... but you can now add Command Beacon and Campfire, so that you can move Phage to your hand before casting normally.

Hi! Instead of running Burial Rites or Victimize, try filling those slots also with creatures. Kamiz cares about big beaters that do great things when they connect/attack. Sun Titan is a great one and you've already got it in, great! Here some suggestions: Guardian Scalelord, Archpriest of Shadows, Junji, the Midnight Sky and Sheoldred, Whispering One though this ones more on the saltier side. With Kamiz you are discarding a lot. My advice would be to run one or two graveyard protection spells. Cheap examples are Enhanced Surveillance and Campfire.

Wheel of Sun and Moon is the perfect place to start.

Also you may want to consider cards that shuffle your graveyard into your library. These include, but are limited to, Cranial Archive, Elixir of Immortality and Campfire.

Damn has white in it so its not legal for your color identity.

Have you considered Liliana's Caress or Peer into the Abyss? Each works as a double punch with Jace's Archivist. Other cards for 2 card combos to consider are Curiosity to go with Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Symmetry Matrix to go with The Locust God.

Another alternate win card to Consider would be Triskaidekaphile. Not only will you have another no maximum hand size card, but the activated ability can work as a late game mana sink.

Considering all the discard, may I also recommend artifacts that shuffle your graveyard back into your library? This includes, but is not limited to, Campfire, Cranial Archive and Elixir of Immortality.

Saw that you were looking for help and this commander seems pretty cool. Not sure what your budget is, but I'm going to make some suggestions at different price points.

Here's some cards I'd cut: Angel's Grace, Cleric Class, Angelic Accord, Treasure Chest, The Book of Exalted Deeds, Panharmonicon, Arcane Signet, Marble Diamond, Campfire, Mass Calcify, Brave the Elements, Cleansing Nova, Everflowing Chalice, and Gift of Estates

I can provide more explanation on why, but generally these cards are low impact, less helpful than they may seem, or off theme a bit. Some of these are life gain or ETB payoffs but they don't have many ways to trigger them.

I'm seeing a wincon through combat with the deck as is. Giada is Ramp in the command zone but only for Angels, and the starting list only has 17 Angel spells. Turn 2 Giada and hitting all your land drops means we can send out 4 CMC angels turn 3.

I recommend Emeria Angel, Guardian Seraph, Angel of Condemnation

A lot of the Angel's are high CMC but you're running a lot of cost reducers. Due to this I think you need more lands and more Draw. Arch of Orazca, Geier Reach Sanitarium, Sea Gate Wreckage and War Room are all utility lands you can run in mono color that tap for colorless mana and help you draw.

That leaves seven more cards to add back in. I'd go with Karmic Guide, Twilight Shepherd, Battlegrace Angel, Angelic Sleuth, Herald of the Host, Dawnbreak Reclaimer, and Aegis Angel
