It's a blue deck. Nothing more complicated than that; i stun and control with counters like Counter, Counterspell, and Dismiss which trigger and are easier to be played because of Baral. He allows me to draw everytime i play a counter spell and lower's their cost by 1 which lets me get to one of my win conditions faster being one of the big creatures. I also have card with draw power as additional effects and scrying for this purpose then i have basic Mana ramp cards to make sure i have enough Mana I also have stun cards that tap creatures to keep the game going for longer if i need to stall. The card that really helps me with all of this is Cryptic Command that can do all of this.
