The goal is to make a bunch of tokens and win via combat dmg. To do this, I've laid out a few paths. Firstly, the main goal is to cast your commander as quickly as possible to generate your engine. In doing so, you can win without having to actually hit your opponent via Cavalcade of Calamity and Raid Bombardment. Alternatively, you can also deal damage with a spell equal to the number of goblins you control such as Massive Raid and Goblin War Strike.

Generating tokens is the ultimate goal and your commander is the best way to do that. I've put many "Rituals" and mana-generating cards in the deck to ramp you up to cast your commander as fast as possible such as Desperate Ritual and Sol Ring. While you make tokens though, I've made sure you still profit greatly. Goblin Assassin might as well be a board wipe that keeps going as you make goblins, and Skullclamp will help you draw at the cost of goblins.

To help your commander use their ability, I've put in cards that will help him such as Battlemage's Bracers and Patriar's Seal. To either use as a board wipe for your opponents or a doubler for tokens on your board, I've also put in Mogg Infestation.

There are combos that I've put in the deck to help you out: Skirk Prospector + Umbral Mantle = Makes you infinitely use your commander's ability after you have enough goblins to start it. Liquimetal Torque + Goblin Trashmaster = target creature removal that you can constantly use every turn.

The Maybe Board is full of expensive cards that can make your deck run faster and hurt more for the opponent.
