A Faustian bargain of power for blood and sacrifice.

Created for a 'Less Than Competitive Theme-EDH' group, so yes, some pricier motes of ruthlessness and a few standard ring-like staples are left out intentionally.

Power isn't always convenient.

Other than that, lots of tutor and draw effects to pile on the damage with Megrim/Price of Knowledge/Underworld Dreams and it's ilk. Some sprinkling of fast mid-range demons and an unsettling amount of 6+ cmc utility demons.

The mana ramp is toned down for budgetary reasons and because it otherwise runs over the other fun tribal decks with even an adequate fast mana base. Upgrades for more competitive play can be found in this decks more tuned:
