Been looking for a fun Rakdos commander and I thought, why not just go full goofy. The deck is actually pretty consistent in removing a player from the game by T6 if not interrupted (I've only play tested the deck so far, haven't played it in the wild yet). I'll write up a primer later.

Note: Sol Ring (3rd edition or earlier), Tamiyo's Journal (Entry 434), and Greed (4th edition or earlier) require specific editions to be maximized with Baron Von Count.
