King Macar, the Gold-Cursed CMDR Commander, Artifact, Infect, Mono-Black

Focus on tapping and untapping King Macar (Commander). Also an exercise / challenge to build a mono-black Commander deck that uses artifacts for ramp, rather than the traditional pain/swamp boosting acceleration.

Some of this stuff is "thematic" and simply in there to try and fit the "king" or "gold" theme.
