After looking over some other renditions of Sherei, Shizo's Caretaker EDH decks I have put together a brew that works for me. The deck utilises an infinite combo as well as having finishers and alternate win cons for a path to victory

Combo: Most of the slots in the infinite combo are pretty interchangable. The combo uses Pitiless Plunderer, Ashnod's Altar or Sifter of Skulls + a sac ourlet, Reassembling Skeleton or Tenacious Dead, To loop creatures and infinite and either net infinite amounts of mana for a huge Exsanguinate or use the drain triggers from Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat To win the game.

Engine + Card draw: To get to the combo you either need to draw into it with Grim Haruspex, Smothering Abomination or Dusk Legion Zealot which are crazy when you have sac outlets and Sherei, Shizo's Caretaker on the battlefield and can draw an absurd amount of cards in a turn. Or you need to tutor up the pieces with Diabolic Tutor or Diabolic Revelation

Ways of winning other than the combo: Since Sherei's ability allows you to get your creatures back every turn it is not entirely impossible that you are able to win grindy matchups by keeping your opponents under control with Butcher of Malakir or Dictate of Erebos and kill them with drain triggers, attacking, or with the alternate win con of Revel in Riches.

Weaknesses: The deck is able to kind of deal with graveyard hate with the amount of reccursion it has but is heavily susceptible to graveyard hate. Although graveyard hate screws over our engines and infinite combo, we can still win against it. You usually have to fall back on Revel in Riches or an all in Exsangiunate to try and win the game.
