The goal here is simple, Ramp using the obvious like Sol Ring and Rakdos Signet to summon big creatures with ETB effects like your commander Rakdos, the Showstopper , use cards like Panharmonicon and Strionic Resonator to get the effect multiple times, cards like Minion Reflector allow you make copies that can potentially trigger ETB effects multiple times.

You can also use cards like Umbilicus to bounce creatures to your hand to cast again for more etb nonsense, Cold Storage also doubles as another way to flicker creatures technically.

Factor in the fact that most of your creatures, even the ones with ETB effects are either Imps, Demons or Devils and they're safe from your commander who can potentially flip more than 3 coins per creature and you have a strong control presence.

Also, fun fact, with a coin flip being a 50/50 chance to kill something, so 50% chance to kill each creature your opponents control each ETB trigger, being that you flip a coin again on the survivor when you have additional triggers happening, the odds of it surviving each flip in total is effectively 50% that gets cut in half on each extra trigger, so with just Rakdos, the Showstopper it's 50% chance, add Panharmonicon it's 25% chance, add Strionic Resonator it's 12.5% and add a Minion Reflector it's 3.125%, but if you had all of that, and used the resonator trigger on reflector instead of the commander you would get 3 commanders each with two triggers making 6 total or a chance of survival per creature of 1.5625%, but that would require a mountain of mana and due to the legend rule, only the original would survive the absolute chaos.

speaking of mountains of mana, you have access to some ramp spells to help you get there like Sol Ring , Rakdos Signet and Hedron Archive , with draw cards to help make sure you can keep playing your ramp pieces without running out of gas like Night's Whisper , Greed and Read the Bones , so uhh, good luck I guess?

Also deck is a WIP, any recommendations for cards to include and cards to cut are welcomed, since I suck at making decks that aren't completely janky garbage that just kinda win somehow I have no idea how to balance creatures and non-creatures, any alternatives that can cut back the price of the deck without completely crippling it are welcome also.
