Add: Ulasht, the Hate Seed: Great "Multitool". Deal with some creatures or get more. Actually, he'd be a decent commander here, but I can see why you want to keep the one you have. Doubling Season: Mana/Token doubler. Pyroclasm: Sometimes you just need to clear part of the board. This will help. Dragonmaster Outcast: Get some dragons up in here! Braid of Fire: Free mana every upkeep is great. It really only works with instants, but it's nifty nonetheless, especially with burn. Shunt: Closest thing you're going to get to a counterspell here. Anti removal is nice. Sakura-Tribe Elder: Fetch a basic when it dies. Shouldn't be too hard to kill. Sylvan Caryatid: Second best mana dork in town. Somberwald Sage: Best mana dork in creature heavy decks.

Remove:Sedge Scorpion: No purpose. Consider Nightshade Peddler or another deathtouch creature if deathtouch is important to you. Tunneling Geopede: Not actually all that great. Fire Imp: Eh. Not amazing by any standards. I'd suggest cutting this.
