This deck is has seen the least change of any of my decks. I've updated the black Commander deck and am now looking to update the blue. The blue deck was definitely well off even straight out of the box. However, for a blue control deck, it seemed to have few counter spells and quite a few unnecessary cards I'm looking to replace. It currently has lots of mana rocks, a bit of draw power, and some good control abilities but little counter ability. I'd like to make it a great mono-blue control deck. Any and all suggestions on how to update are welcome.
