This deck seeks to make infinite mana using the high tide/palinchron, or the great whale/capsize combos and use Ambassador Laquatas' ability to mill all of your opponents for game. The thassa's oracle win condition was also thrown in. Until you can get to the combo, the deck is built with a plethora of counterspells, board wipes and draw power to keep yourself safe. There aren't any other mill cards in the deck as they're kinda pointless if you get the combo off
