So, take into account what kind of deck you want to play. Aggro? Cut the board wipes. Control? Add more removal, take most of your creatures out. I'm going to work ona n aggro gameplan since that looks like whre your deck is leaning towards.
Cut: Tragic Poet
Archon of Emeria (You are an aggro deck and want to be able to cast more than one creature in the same turn)
Djeru, With Eyes Open (you run no planeswalkers, also a bad card)
Smite the Monstrous All your sorcerys
Novice Knight you run no equipment

Now this might seem like a lot, but I will give you some suggestions for cards that will help further your gameplan
Creatures: currently you are running some really good cards as one ofs and bad cards with more copies, such as; Dauntless Bodyguard , Leonin Vanguard , Hunted Witness , Luminarch Aspirant Venerated Loxodon which is a great finisher, and Speaker of the Heavens .
You could run 1 more Ajani's Pridemate and 4x Soul Warden
Legion's Landing  Flip is a very good card, so I would keep it.
Removal: If you want to go with some of the best white removal ever printed that is modern legal, but a little expensive, go with Path to Exile . If not Path to Exile would be much better than Hieromancer's Cage , Conclave Tribunal is pretty good, but I wouldn't run more than 5 removal spells since you want to be going wide with your creatures and a hand ful of removal will just stall the game and you will lose in the end. You want to end the game fast while maintaining a high life score.

Cool deck! i really like tribal decks, and knights have decent support in pauper.
however, there are some ipmrovements to make. i'd cut Knight of New Benalia, for a strictly better knight Daring Skyjek. or maybe a Benalish Cavalry, if you don't want a 3/1. also you might consider cutting thraben inspector for Changeling Outcast or maybe even a Universal Automaton if you a 1-drop knight.
also, you definitely need more interaction in the mainboard. maybe something like Disfigure, Mire's Grasp or Last Gasp, Unmake, Oblivion Ring, or even Grasp of Darkness (though that might be too hard to cast).Celestial Flare, Chainer's Edict, Diabolic Edict, and Pharika's Libation could also work. You could also add more Journey to Nowhere in the main, and move the Cast Down to the mainboard.
other than that a cool deck!

Has most but not all of the cards mentioned here, plus: Psychotic Haze, Oaken Brawler, Hydradoodle (bottom-center), Knight of New Benalia (bottom left corner), Sol, Advocate Eternal (hard to see with the rules text but it's on the mast of the raft, below Sol's feet), Goblin Furrier (dunno if just fur even counts) & Overrun (not at all sure but the reddish thing to the left of the weird cougar thing might be one).
I sure wish I could edit more than the OP but I doubt I'll find any more

Why not Murderous Rider instead of Murder ? It targets planeswalkers and gives you a 2/3 lifelink knight you can cast later.
There are a lot of under-powered cards in this deck. I understand if you're trying to keep it budget, and if you really are then just ignore me, but if you want to make it competitive, I'd recommend removing the following cards: Ardenvale Paladin , Barrow Witches , Knight of New Benalia (which isn't standard legal), Knight of the Keep , Lonesome Unicorn , Serra's Guardian (doesn't seem to fit the deck), All That Glitters , Ordeal of Heliod (also not standard-legal), Silverflame Ritual . That's frankly most of your deck, and I didn't include some cards that are kind of iffy. Check out some other orzhov knights lists, and try to get high power cards. My baseline for what card is worth the mana to cast it is that one mana gets you one power and one toughness (so a 1/1 is one mana, a 2/2 is two, etc.) really that's a low-level of power, so anything below that should never be used unless it has an ability that makes it worth it.
Like I said, if you're just playing casually and don't want to spend much money, ignore this comment completely because it's more for a competitive deck.

Since you prefer to play Weenie i would cut Gilded Lotus and Manalith. Lotus because you play too fast for it, Manalith because you only need one color.
Then i would add 3 more Benalish Marshal. You need that +1/+1 support. But maybe you dont need that Angel. you only play 21 Lands and it has CMC 6, so you wont play him in turn 6. So for me its a cut. But more Bodyguards and Drillmasters.
Then i would play always 4 copies of Knight of Grace over Knight of New Benalia.
Then i would go straight to face and not go for Enchantments. But thats your way, therefore: How abaout Danitha Capashen, Paragon. More value for that way.
In Case you switch to white Weenie straight to face, i would add 4 copies History of Benalia but thats not budget, you asked for.

What Purple_Mage sorta said. It depends on what deck you want really. If you Want agro, might aswell just run mono white aggro which takes away from the Knight based Aspect. I love my tribal decks and I assume thats what you are going for. - Saying this again but FOUR Knight of Grace. It is a great 2 drop and curves very nicely into History of Benalia.

FOUR Benalish Marshal. If you are going for the Tribal OR Aggro Strat, Benalish marshal is so good to just pump up your creatures, as well as him being a knight itself.

Kwende, Pride of Femeref Depends on how you want the deck, he is worth 2-3 Spots if you are going Tribal with first strikers. If not, dont bother.

Again, with tribal and Kwende, Danitha Capashen, Paragon is amazing, especially if you include Equipment, such as Blackblade Reforged and Forebear's Blade. These cards are probably least priority.

Sorry to say but.. Knight of New Benalia is kinda outclassed by other cards for your deck, Adanto Vanguard (even good in tribal) and Knight of Grace (first strike). It also dies to everything (even without combat damage), Shock, Goblin Chainwhirler, Fanatical Firebrand, Fungal Infection and Moment of Craving are all very common cards.

Dub... You seem to love that card, and thats ok. In limited (Prerelease/Draft) it is amazing. However in Standard, it is kind of lackluster. First of all, all your creatures are knights already (aside from Lyra Dawnbringer and Adanto Vanguard) which dont even need the History of Benalia Buff. Second of all, Enchantment removal is quite common, as well as removal and bounce spells which all make your 3 mana spent for nothing. Third - When your creature dies, the enchantment is destroyed, if you really want buffs to creatures, Forebear's Blade could be a good idea.

Pride of Conquerors vs Charge is iffy, it depends if you are running Radiant Destiny or Skymarcher Aspirant for city's blessing

Removal is a good option, get rid of some of those silly combat tricks and run a few Seal Away and Baffling End, you needed a way to get rid of big creatures like Hazoret the Fervent. Settle the Wreckage is also very good.

Knights of Benalia

Knight of New Benalia is a no. It's a two drop that doesn't do anything. Danitha Capashen, Paragon in this deck is useless. You have ONE equipment spell. That's nowhere near enough to take advantage of her ability. Skittering Surveyor isn't necessary here, as you're monowhite, and should be running 24 lands with this curve anyway. Karn, Scion of Urza is really good but with only one of him you're not going to be able to take advantage of him often.
