Giant Tribal with a few tricks. I know it's risky having high drops with a Blue Naya (or Red Bant, if you prefer), but it seems to work out well. There is cost reduction and ramp, but even when there isn't, there are advantages to having the high costs. I'll update the description and mana base at another time.
