Ramp first with mana dorks and artifacts to get Ezuri out as quick as possible. Then flood the field with small creatures to churn out experience counters that then turn into +1/+1 counters.

Maximize the ETB effects, pump up some unblockable critters, and swing big. Lots of card draw built in as well to keep the wheels rolling.

This deck is intended for mid-level games. It can get powerful if Ezuri comes out fast and starts loading up experience counters for unblockable creatures, and draw effects keep cards in hand. However, this deck has some significant weakness against board wipes, targeted removal, repeatable fog effects, etc...
