An attempt a budget deck for less than $150 I went a little over but odds are you own a few of these so I'll count it. The Goal of this deck is to Get as many cards out as soon as possible, utilizing Investigate and land searches to pull cards fast a possible. Now that you have more cards you need Mana that's where the mana rocks and ramp creatures come in. All that's left is grab a hydra or similar card a take out your opponents.
