I challenged myself to win with a deck that I built using only the Derevi precon and cards I got from boosters* (Kaladesh - Hour of Devastation) and here is the final result. It's not very good and it took me 14 tries before I won a game, but I finally did it!

The main way it wins is by letting the stronger decks take each other out and then taking out the survivors with a bunch of evasive weenies, ideally pumped by Mirror Entity. Also, try to slowly build up value with tap abilities and ETB effects. Luckily, the fact that the deck isn't very good means you can often fly under the radar.

Key synergies:Tap enablers: Derevi, Murkfiend Liege, Vizier of Tumbling Sands, Thousand Year ElixirTap payoffs: Skyward Eye Prophets, Azami, Thornwind Faeries, Rubinia Soulsinger, etc.ETB enablers: Conjurer's Closest, Roon, Mistmeadow Witch, FlickerformETB payoffs: Trophy Mage, Pilgrim's Eye, Wild Wanderer, Acidic Slime, Karmic Guide, etc.

There's also some minor synergies: Stonecloaker goes well with Oketra's Monument, Felidar Guardian can flicker New Perspectives for extra cards, etc.
