This is an Orzhov control deck built around Ketramose, the New Dawn and the value generated by exiling cards from the battlefield and graveyards.

The deck uses a large suite of exile-based removal and graveyard hate to control the board while turning those effects into card advantage through Ketramose. Once Ketramose is online, cards like Swords to Plowshares, Path to Exile, Solitude, Skyclave Apparition, and other exile effects become both answers and sources of additional cards.

The deck also makes extensive use of blink and ETB effects. Cards such as Restoration Angel, Felidar Guardian, Teleportation Circle, and Conjurer's Closet allow the deck to repeatedly reuse creatures with powerful enters-the-battlefield abilities, generating more removal, more exile triggers, and more value.

There are also several powerful ways to close out the game. The deck can assemble the classic Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace/Leyline of the Void combination to exile an opponent's entire library, or use Opalescence + Parallax Wave to permanently clear creatures from the battlefield. When the game goes long, Ketramose itself can become a difficult-to-stop threat thanks to menace, lifelink, and indestructible.

The goal isn't to rush into a combo. Instead, the deck plays patiently, answers the threats that matter, builds incremental advantage, and eventually turns that advantage into a decisive finish.

Exile their threats. Reuse your creatures. Draw cards. Control the game.
