Budget EDH challenge

Target Max Spend : $50 (not including basics, Commander included) Cost at time of build : $25~

My goal is to attempt to make a high power deck with as little money spent as possible. This is both to hone my deckbuilding, and to remind myself what a budget can do. The fastest possible win is turn 2 with a god draw, with turn 3-4 much more likely.

Cards Needed : Sol Ring, Pili-pala, Grand Architect, Capsize, Arcan Signet, Corridor Monitor
- Turn 1: Island, Sol Ring, Arcane Signet
- Turn 2: Island, Grand Architect, Corridor Monitor (Untap Arcane Signet), Tap Monitor fr 2c, Pili-pala, Make it blue, Go infinite, Capsize, GG

Combo's:
Drafna, Founder of Lat-Nam + Ugin's Nexus = Infinite turns
Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring + Ornithopter = Infinite mana. Can sub out any combo of items, so long as more mana is produced then spent.
Grand Architect + Pili-Pala = Infinite Mana
Prototype Portal + Seat of the Synod = Create a land each turn for 0 mana. A pet combo of mine.

Weaknesses:
- Not a lot of hard removal due to the budget. Mostly offset by mixing bounce effects and counters
- Not a lot of tutors. Used the "Mage" cycle and Moonsilver Key, and backed up with deep draw effects, such as drawn from dreams to offset.
