Trying a medium budget deck ($50). I saw that a lot of the cards for this guy were pretty cheap and decided to give it a try.

The main idea is to land some of the color hosers ( Douse , Llawan, Cephalid Empress , Hydroblast ) and change their color words (or colors of things the hosers are targeting) with Blind Seer , or any of the spells/enchantments that do similar things, to shut down players.

We also have stuff like Cowardice and Willbreaker that are easy to abuse with Blind Seer.

There is a minor spellslinger sub theme since a lot of the color changer cards are 1-2 CMC. (Pretty much I just have Talrand, Sky Summoner and a couple "instants/sorceries cost 1 less" type cards ( Jace's Sanctum ).

This isn't anything too unique, but I haven't built a deck like this before. Very open to suggestions.

I have a bunch of stuff in my maybe board that's stuff I've either looked at or am currently looking at. Ideas on those cards too would be helpful.
