Everything hurts. Want to play a land? You take damage. Tap for mana? More damage. Cast a spell? That's damage. Unspent mana? Extra damage. Attack? Going to be damage. Lose permanents? Absolutely damage. Draw cards? Straight to damage. Do nothing? Believe it or not, damage.

The entire deck is basically a laundry list of effects that punish players whenever anything happens or doesn't happen, combined with "group hug" extra mana that Yurlok turns into Mana Burn. It's a cruel deck that sees life totals racing to the bottom as everyone struggles to remember all the triggers: in other words, good clean fun!
