There lived a certain man in Russia long ago; he was big and strong, in his eyes a flaming glow. Most people looked at him with terror and with fear, but to Moscow chicks he was such a lovely dear.

This is a flicker/control/Big mana style deck with Rasputin Dreamweaver at the helm. More fit for slower/less competitive games as this is the style of my playgroup. Most of the deck is pretty budget friendly. Could be easily upgraded with a more expensive manabase.

Start the game by setting up with mana rocks, flickering creatures and counterspells. Get to rasputin and start adding some mana. Remove all of Rasputin's counters for mana and then flicker him for big mana value to cast large eldrazi and big mana spells to close out the game.

Deck has many answers and wraths, in the spirit of azorious. And who wouldn't want to play with the fabled Rasputin?
