I know Hullbreacher is banned, but I haven't included any of the Wheel of Fortune or Prosperity effects which are what make it worth banning. So, with my local playgroup it is okayed. In this deck, it is less potent than the replacement that I offered: Notion Thief.

There are definitely more powerful pirates out there than some of the ones in this list, but hey; budget.
